Bradley J. Heidrick, LNHA joined Catholic Community Health (Hospice, Villa St. Francis, Home Care) as CEO in April 2023. His role is focused on defining synergies between the three entities that were brought together in 2021, as well as leading the Executive Team in strategic plan implementation and expansion of services to better serve the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas.

Brad was raised with a heart for senior care. His grandmother owned a residential care facility in the 1950’s in rural Kansas, and his dad grew a 50 bed nursing home built in 1970 into a continuing care retirement community of 90 Skilled, 30 Assisted Living & 24 Independent Living apartments.

A graduate of Kansas State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Brad has accumulated over 35 years of experience in the senior healthcare industry as a team member, manager and shareholder. He has served in sales and marketing management roles for Health Care Information Systems, a group purchasing organization (GPO) and Medi-Bill Systems, a Medicare claims management service for hundreds of Skilled Nursing facilities, and senior living properties throughout the Central Time Zone. In addition, Brad also served his family’s CCRC as an Executive Director, CEO and shareholder.

Brad and Gwyn, his wife of 35 years, have 3 adult children. The Heidrick family currently resides in Olathe, Kansas.
