Jackie started her career in long term care 14 years ago as a certified nurse aide. She quickly obtained her medication aide, SSD/Activity Director, and rehabilitation aide certifications, then took her first job in administration, serving as a Director of Marketing and Admissions.

In 2013, Jackie transitioned into the role of Operations Coordinator and served in various other administrative positions, from Business Office Manager, to Billing Specialist, to HR Director and Assistant Executive Director. In 2015, Jackie obtained her Adult Care Home Administrators license and served as an Executive Director.

Jackie joined the Villa St. Francis team as Accounts Receivable and Medicaid Specialist in 2017, then served as Chief Operating Officer before transitioning into the Executive Director role in 2022. When Jackie is not working, she loves spending time with her two children and pets.
