Catholic Community Health is a ministry of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas providing Home Care; Skilled Nursing, Short-term Physical Rehabilitation and Memory Care at Villa St. Francis; and Hospice Care, serving ten counties in Kansas and Missouri - we are, proudly, Kansas City’s only Catholic Hospice provider! As a Catholic non-profit care ministry, we seek to carry out the healing mission of Jesus Christ, providing top-quality care to the elderly, infirm and vulnerable, regardless of their ability to pay. Our dedicated Home Care staff assists those that we serve with daily living tasks, allowing seniors needing a little extra help to remain safely in their homes. We are the only Catholic Home Care service in the Kansas City area! With your support, we can bring this service to those in need.
Villa st. Francis
Villa St. Francis provides five-star quality skilled nursing care, skilled memory care, and short-term rehabilitation services to seniors, regardless of their faith background or ability to pay. You support allows our staff to go above and beyond to meet residents' needs, and ensure they're cared for mind, body, and soul.
hospice care
Our hospice team provides quality care to those nearing the end of life. Our team offers comfort care, spiritual accompaniment, and more, often extending the lives of those we serve. We are, proudly, the only Catholic hospice in the Kansas City area. Your support is vital to carrying out Christ's healing mission.
