Catholic Community Health is dedicated to carrying out Christ's healing mission through Home Care, Skilled Nursing Care, Memory Care, Rehabilitation and Hospice Care. Faithfully adhering to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Healthcare Services, we provide top-quality care to those in need, regardless of their faith background or their ability to pay.
Established as an outreach to seniors in need in 1945, Catholic Community Health seeks to provide top-quality care to seniors in the Kansas City Metropolitan area.
Under the leadership of Archbishop Joseph Naumann, Catholic Community Health offers a full continuum of senior care services. For the Catholics in our care we have two full-time deacons on staff, as well as a full-time Chaplain at Villa St. Francis to ensure that your sacramental and spiritual needs are met. We seek to care for each individual mind, body, and soul.
Whatever your senior care needs are, we are here to fill them! And for those not yet in need of care, we would love to have you join our team as a volunteer. Contact us to learn more.
