Tiffany’s career in healthcare was inspired by a personal experience 25 years ago that ignited her passion to make a difference in the lives of families facing similar challenges.
“My grandparents were the foundation of our family,” said Tiffany, “And when it came to navigating the senior living world it was overwhelming and we found ourselves lost.” Her grandmother lived with Alzheimer’s, and her grandfather struggled to find a Medicaid facility that would meet his needs.
“I promised my grandparents that I would make it my mission to help families navigate through these kinds of difficult times in the senior industry.”
Tiffany started her career in healthcare spending more than a decade in home care private duty. She’s since transitioned into sales and marketing where she has spent the last 13 years assisting families in finding resources for their loved ones during what can be an incredibly stressful time.
“The most rewarding aspect of my work has been the relationships I have built with families, residents, and referral sources over the years,” said Tiffany.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to work at Catholic Community Health and Villa St. Francis. I believe in our mission and values. I can stand by our teams and attest that they provide the best quality care, and I’m passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families.”
Tiffany resides in Basehor with her husband Nick, and has four children: Madi, who is in nursing school at K-State, Taylor, a senior at Olathe Northwest who plans to go into child education, Landon, a sophomore football player at Olathe Northwest, and 9-year-old Gabby who loves soccer and volleyball.
